"The largest wild creature left roaming the forests near my home is the wild boar.

Most are very shy and will run (at surprisingly quick speeds) into the bushes as you approach. They are very intelligent and curious pigs and will try to get a closer sniff of whatever interesting is going on nearby.

One of the male regulars likes to come out and follow my dog Truffles, perhaps to make friends. Or perhaps it's for the dog treats I carry. So far Truffles has not shown any signs of wanting to reciprocate the friendship."
