Care Instructions
Towels can be washed at any temperature, but we suggest cold/lukewarm water. We also recommend washing the items with like colors, as the print colors may run a little.
Cost
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. In general, we use standard shipping to keep your shipping cost down. Most of our shipments are tracked. However, different products may have different fulfilment centres or packaging and so ship separately.
Speed
If you need something fast, please contact us before ordering so we can advise you. However, do note that all products are made-to-order so might be a week or more in production before leaving our facility.
Destination
We ship worldwide but there are some destinations we don't or can't ship to. Add something to your cart and enter your shipping address to get the shipping cost and check if we ship to your destination.

Returns
We accept returns on retail items* up to 30 days after delivery. Items returned unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original packaging will qualify for a full refund excluding all shipping charges and customs fees.

Printed colors may be different from your screen colors. We do not accept returns on personalised or custom items.
Customs fees may need to be paid on arrival. Checkout charges will not include these. Please check with your local customs authority.
